I did a bag swap recently on 'Aussies Living Simply', which helped me to get my act together and dust off my sewing machine. This is the one I made from denim fabric with embroidery. The fun part was waiting for one to arrive in the mail. Here it is; beautifully sewn from green striped ticking and detailed with antique-style buttons! Environmentally friendly and much nicer than the mass-produced ones (but even they are better than plastic!)
